The investigation, involving multiple agencies, began after a severed leg was found on April 2 in Warnimont Park, followed by additional remains in Milwaukee. Anderson faces charges including first-degree intentional homicide and mutilating a corpse, with an ongoing investigation into Robinson’s death.
