Anti-Israel Protester Riddhi Patel

Riddhi Patel (age 28, October 25, 1995) is an Indian American non-binary anti-Israel protester who used to work as an economic development coordinator for the Center on Race, Poverty & the Environment in Bakersfield. They joined the organization in September 2020, focusing on protecting communities in California.

Patel’s work involved advocating for sensible measures to safeguard frontline communities. They emphasized the importance of addressing the intersectional issues within the environmental justice movement to achieve collective freedom for oppressed groups.

Starting as a Communications Coordinator, they transitioned to the role of Economic Development Coordinator by July 2022. However, Riddhi’s profile was recently removed from the organization’s page due to their arrest. This followed public statements they made about a cease-fire and metal detectors at City Hall.

In their statement, Patel remarked, “You guys want to criminalize us with metal detectors, we’ll see you at your house, we’ll murder you.”
